What is slow dating?
Most apps make you scroll through photos and judge in a split second. Wavelength does the opposite: fewer profiles, better chosen, and conversations that have time to become interesting. No swiping, no catalogue: one connection at a time, with someone truly compatible.
A questionnaire to find your wavelength
When you sign up, you answer 10 questions about five areas that matter in a relationship: social life, money, lifestyle, intimacy and life together. For each answer, you say whether you are flexible or whether it really matters to you.
Compatibility is calculated from these answers, both ways. Optional questions let you refine it. That, not a photo, decides which profiles you are shown.

Three compatible profiles every day
Every day, a small selection of compatible profiles near you, with their compatibility score and their bio. Read, compare, and write to the person who moves you.
One first message per day: time to choose well, and to write something that matters.

Compatibility, area by area
Before writing, you see where you are on the same wavelength: social life, budget, weekend plans, intimacy, life together. What you have in common often gives you the first topic of conversation.

Dating without photos… at first
At first contact, no photo: just a neutral avatar. You first discover a way of thinking, writing, seeing life.
The photo appears blurred after 48 hours of conversation, then clear after 3 days and 20 messages each, if you both agree. Time for curiosity to turn into desire.

Profiles reviewed by hand
- Every profile is reviewed before it becomes visible: a face on the main photo, a sincere bio.
- Adults only (18 and over), no phone number needed: sign in with your Google account.
- Report and block in one tap in every conversation.
- Your location is never shown: others only see a rounded distance.
How much does it cost?
Signing up is free and includes 3 conversations. A conversation only counts once the other person replies. After that, a monthly subscription with no commitment lets you continue, at the price shown in the app.
